INVOICING & STATEMENTS: Just a quick note to let you know we are in the process (albeit a long one!) of moving to a new accounts system. The new system will allow us to send invoices and statements via email (YAH!). So in the next few weeks expect to see something in your inbox if we have your email address on record. If you would like to change your contact email address at anytime please let me know... jo.ward@patumahoepreschool.co.nz NEW BANK: For those super clients out there who already have an automatic payment set up please note that we will also be moving to a new bank so you will need to change your automatic payment in the next few weeks... its all so we can do everything online! Your first emailed invoice will have our new bank account details on it. If you have any accounts questions please don't hesitate to email me!
